Things I am grateful for

Today I thought I would write about all of the things that I am grateful for. It is too easy to focus on the negatives especially in lock down. I hope some of these are helpful and resonate with you:

- my health

- my friends (even though I haven't seen them in a while)

- my family (miss my nieces and nephew but will be giving them the biggest cuddles when I am with them again)

- the roof over my head

- food to eat

- my job

- garden

- parks nearby to walk and exercise in

- the sunshine

- the dog

- having clothes to wear

- a job

- money in the bank

- books to read

- netflix

- internet and wifi

- water to drink and other drinks

- nature, I love being around nature
