Overwhelm

This week I have been feeling really overwhelmed again. I started the week off ok but I now know what my triggers are that make me feel overwhelmed and anxious.


The trick is now to know what to do when these triggers occur and what to do. I think when I start to feel overwhelmed, I need to take a breath and maybe going for a walk. I need to up my running as I went for a run today and I instantly felt better.


I can't believe something so simple really helps me to clear my head so much. I need to do more of it.
