Running and exercise

This weekend, I haven't been out for a run as the weather has been rubbish. I have used it as an excuse not to go for a run. Although, the weather has been rubbish to be fair. I also struggle to go for a run when it is dark in the morning and it is dark by the time I finish work.

I have been doing some exercises at home although I hadn't been doing much of a workout. This week I have forced myself to do some home workouts and gain a sweat from it. I mean, is it really a workout if you don't sweat? I have managed this twice a week but I am determined to do more sessions this week.

Before all this happened I used to walk at least 10,000 steps a day and now I am not walking nearly as much so I am need to make up for this lack of exercise elsewhere.

I always feel so much better once I have done some exercise, been out running or been out for a walk in nature so I need to do it more often. It is so good for my mental health as it really clears my head.
