This week has been a bit of a difficult week for me as I received some very sad news. It was not only a shock but really sad too. Then I also got really ill this weekend so ended up cancelling a lot of my plans. I spent a lot of yesterday in bed sleeping. I realised that I have spent a long time overdoing it and not taking care of myself.
So today instead of doing my usual online workouts I did an online meditation and breathwork and did some journaling. I felt so much better for it. Best decision I made.
Now I need to make more time for it. I have been feeling overwhelmed with all the things I need to do but I know that I can do it all. I just need to break it down.
I also need to be kind to myself, I am doing the best I can.
